Who we are

SmartSpace Closet (“we”, “us”) designs, builds and installs custom closets and home storage. Our office and showroom are at 13620 NE 20th Street, Suite L, Bellevue, WA 98005. What we collect

When you book a consultation or ask us to call you back, the form asks for:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• the address of the home where the work would be done;
• the space you’re thinking about, any finish you picked on the page, and any note you add;
• the day and time you chose for the consultation.

We also receive the ordinary technical information every website receives — your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited — which we use to keep the site working and to block abuse such as automated form submissions. If you call, text or email us, we keep that conversation as part of your project record.

How we use it

• to schedule, confirm, change or cancel your design consultation;
• to send a designer to the right address, prepared for the space you described;
• to prepare your design and estimate, and if you go ahead, to build and install your project;
• to answer your questions and follow up on a design we sent you;
• to keep the website secure and to understand which of our advertising reaches people.

Calls, text messages and email

By submitting the form you ask us to contact you about your consultation at the phone number and email you gave. We may call you, send text messages (for example a confirmation or a reminder the day before), and send email, including a confirmation with a link to change or cancel your visit. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts without your separate consent, and agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need to do that job: the companies that host this website and our scheduling system, deliver our email and text messages, and suggest addresses as you type (Google Maps). Our designers and installers see the details of the visits they are assigned. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Cookies and advertising

The site uses the cookies it needs to work. If you arrived from one of our ads, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel may record that you visited the page and whether you booked, so we can tell which ads are useful; it does not receive what you typed into the form. You can limit this through your browser settings or your Facebook ad preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests and project records for as long as we have a working relationship with you and afterwards as long as we need them for warranty service, accounting and legal obligations. If you never went ahead, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Security

Your information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@SmartSpaceCloset.com or calling (425) 679-9353. We’ll answer within 30 days. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging work on their home. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes that affect information we already hold will be explained before they take effect.
